Ralphs, at this location, has a long standing problem of thawed ice cream being put back in the freezers when customers take it, but decide not 2 purchase it. Some customers, rather than put it back in the freezer, just lv it wherever it is convenient. Some store employees, tho well intentioned, then improperly put it back in the freezers.This happens frequently. Alex-New Manager Complant The new Manager Alex was very rude to me and confronted me tonight about a return I made last night. She had no right bringing up a return I made the night before. She said, I heard you had quite a large return last night.
