Incredible experience. Showed up today. He quoted me within 2 minutes of being there. Work was done in under an hour. And his price was unmatched. I always use local shops for auto work and their price beat the other local shop I used on the west side by hundreds of dollars. 11/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for muffler work done. I will be going back if I have more issues
No customer service skills whatsoever. When I walked in, the man at the front desk just said “Yeah?” with a blank stare on his face. Why are you working customer service with no people skills? I did not get an explanation as to what was wrong with my car or what needed to be done, and when I asked, the worker talked down to me and made me feel stupid or like it was “obvious”. Very poor communication and I will not be giving them my business as I do not deserve to be made to feel like that
Great experience at Ralph’s Muffler. Nick is the absolute man. Welded me a new exhaust and installed in 25 minutes.
States they couldn't get my o2 sensor out and suggested to get the pipe removed. I went to the Ralph's on 16th street and they got o2 out with no problem
