Just visited Ralph’s for the first time today and loved it! The owners are so nice and there are so many great kitchen gadgets and the best coffees, oils, and more!! Will definitely be back! Love to support local businesses and this is a gem of one in the heart of Tiffin!!

Mom’s fridge went out Saturday afternoon before Christmas and I knew who to call. Sean makes his first ever solo delivery! Very polite and did great! love shopping local! Thanks Ralph & Julie.
Went in to get a pan we had replaced (under life time warrenty) and was told the pan had been picked-up and they threw out the original pan we had brought in. When I assured them the pan had not been picked up I was told by the lady there "one of us is crazy, and it's not me". How's that for customer service. We haven't spent a dime in there since and most certainly won't again. Oh, by the way thanks for trying to deliver someone else's appliances to our house this week.
Ralph stands behind his appliances! The mattresse he sold us has provided the best sleep of our life!
