Love this store... friendly people! Fun to roam the kitchen gadget aisles, taste olive oil and vinegars. Explore the wines and do taste.
Had service performed on my Sub-Zero. It took 5 weeks from the time of my first call to get the service performed and then the charged me $1300 for a 1 hour assessment and a 2-1/5 hour repair. The part cost less than $50.00 The service person admitted they quadruple their rates to fix a Sub-Zero. Shameful!
I live out of state and called to order some gifts for my parents. the service was wonderful, friendly, and helpful! highly recommend!!
I really love shopping at Ralph's Joy of Living! Probably one of the most unique stores in the state. We've bought our coffee from Ralph's for years, and it's the perfect place to shop for gifts for just about anyone. Great selection of wine, craft beers and gourmet snacks. I just bought my very first appliance that wasn’t either used or a hand-me-down. I purchased them yesterday & they delivered them and hooked them up for me today! Very thorough, made sure everything was hooked up & level before they left. We will definitely be back for more in the future!! Thank you so much!
We have in the past bought a Speed Queen washing machine from Ralph's..... excellent!!! When we were in the market for a new stove and refrigerator where did we end up??? RALPH'S!!! We purchased a GE slate stove and side by side refrigerator..... could not be happier!!! Bought them Thursday.... delivered and installed Friday!!! Best staff out there!!!
