Kenan the service repair was patient, very detailed, double checked his work, answered all my questions. Would ask for him again for sure.
My boiler was leaking water through the pressure relief valve. Called and was assigned a service technician same day. He was able to diagnose the issue and I arranged for the repair to take place a few days later. Technician was courteous and professional and answered all questions. He was very thorough and ensured boiler was good before leaving.
Our furnace/boiler stopped working during the night. Temperatures outside in single digits. We left a message with Ralph's Heating and Air Conditioning Service and they called back at 8 AM. By 10:30 AM the service provider had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I truly appreciate the honest and professional service from Ralph's. The charge was very reasonable and I like to support local business. I highly recommend Ralph's Heating and Air Conditioning.
