Unfortunately I didn’t get the 2 guys names. I had service at 2 different addresses, one a boiler and the other forced air. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable and customer service friendly. They cleaned up behind themselves and answered any questions I had. I will say Ralph Heating and Cooling is a brand that represents integrity which goes a long way with me. How can you service the heart of the house without integrity?
