Pains me to leave a negative review of Ralph’s. I’ve been going to Ralph’s for 40 years. Their Staten Island location is the BEST and many Jersey and Long Island locations were all very good when I tried them. But this Jersey City one is so terrible, I had to leave this review. The girl was MISERABLE. angry to even be working there. Everything we asked for was a problem. We ordered quarts of ices and they’re $12 each. So they’re supposed to press them down as they fill them, so you don’t end up with huge air gaps and empty s... read more
