Good old family shop – Just took my car in as my father was at a loss for how to fix it. They had my car less then a week and got it back to pretty much old, just a much more sensative break. They were really nice and had no problem letting me "test" drive my car before paying and leaving. They also made sure to take my stereo face off to protect it from theft, very appreciated. Excellant Repair Shop – I've been taking vehicles of our family's and referring other family and friends to Ralph's Automotive for 34 years. I've never had any problem with anything they have done. My children now live in Cincinnati and Columbus and I have each of them drive their vehicles back to Ralph's when they need service. As a father, there is a high level of trust I have in Ralph's to work on vehicles my children will be driving. I'd take 34 years of positives over one questionable negative.

Response to pervious – We weren't going to respond to this but our customers felt we should. 1st the owner of car never complained, it was her boyfriend complaining. The owners @ Ralph's went on vacation not the mechanics. The business was open & mechanics were working. The car had an intermitent no start. While we had it, the car never acted up, after 12 days we did give up. We apologized several times about theft of CD player & called the Vandalia Police Depart. for them, which is public record. Terrible. – The single worse experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. The "mechanic" got halfway through working on my car then went on vacation for a week without notifying me. During that week they had multiple break-ins and did not notify me or check to see if my car had been broken into. I got tired of waiting for them to fix it (the car had been in the shop for 12 days now) and they told me that they had pretty much given up on it anyways so I came in to pick it up.
