I wish I could give 0 stars. They told me I needed a whole new engine. $2100. Took it to a family friend for a second opinion. He said I have a disconnected or missing (I forget which) pipe and referred me to Keiths Muffler in Westland. They fixed it for SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS in 20 minutes. Nothing but scam artists at Ralph Thayer. I am truly disgusted. Cost me $200 just for them to look at. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible people.
