My Dr sent a request for information to CA. Over the last 4+ weeks I have called CA to get the info sent to my Dr. I need an MRI and all I needed from CA was to know if my ICD and lead were compatible. On the fifth week they finally sent info to my Dr but only sent the serial numbers. Of course my Dr does not have access to the system that would tell him. Physicians are top notch. Nursing and care team are excellent. Getting a routine appointment on a timely basis is another matter. Nevertheless, the group is where I put my trust.
