I just read a post from a very disappointed customer who happens to be deaf. There was NO work done on her car the last FIVE days! They wouldn't give her a loaner so she can continue her employment and her hubby has to miss a day of work. This guy Shane Vines just keep blowing her off giving her excuses about the loaner which is complete BS. How can you guys sleep at night knowing you have RUINED her Christmas with her family!
