I bought a 2016 F150 in 2017 from Shomp. I included a (12) oil change service plan after pressure from sales rep. The first time I scheduled a oil change, I arrived on time. They told me they didn’t have a filter and it would take a while to get. After almost THREE HOURS I got my truck. The second time they sent me to the Shomp Mini for service. Just a bad. They told me I couldn’t get my money back, so I’ve never been back. I’ll never do business with them again and recommend no one does. A bunch of liars!
I believe they intentionally damage systems in cars they repair/recall to increase service business and/or they are horribly incompetent at service. After each vehicle I take there for service/recall a major failure of that same system occurs within weeks to months. Took in for transmission fluid replacement and less than 2 months the entire transmission is completely non-functional and ruined. Need new transmission. Took in to get fan in heating and AC system replaced and now AC is completely ruined and non-functional. ... read more

Great used Truck buying experiance I live in Albuquerque and bought this car over the phone. Frank our salesman was very sensitive to the distance involved and took the truck for a test drive before agreeing it was worth our drive to check it out. The dealership held the Truck for about six days with only a $500 deposit. When we arrived the Truck was ready and after a test drive we bought it. Scamming Salesmen Bought a used car from them a couple weeks ago... the salesmen told me that they ran through a full check on the used car so I could buy with comfort in mind. But a few days later, something was wrong with the fuel gauge and I tried contacting them about the problem.
