I had a poor experience with Ralph due to his lack of communication regarding increasing project costs until it was too late to adjust scope. Ralph was unwilling to discuss the issue or take any responsibility for the overage. When I withheld the final payment (2% of total project cost), Ralph placed a lien on my home rather than discuss the issue.
