Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider late to your appointments? Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
