He was not only gracious, he listened, investigated and helped me come to what I term as an "Executive Decision" based on his vast experience. This was a great experience, not only informative but educational as well. Ralph took the time to explain the selling process to me and show me my diamond in a microscope. I will be continuing to use him for all my future jewelry needs.

I would (will and have) recommend anyone searching for a reputable, honest, straightforward person to evaluate or purchase your diamond... Ralph and his associates are where you need to go! He was pleasant, the office was secure, the staff were very nice and his evaluation was honest and fair.
