Ralph explained the process of how they come to a price and showed me the different equipment he uses to evaluate an item. It was all very informative and interesting. I wanted to sell my late mother-in-law's ring, with the blessing of my husband's family of course. I went to two jewelers both of whom run reputable businesses.
