RecommendedRalph Moyle Inc. is a family business. By means as they treat you like family. They understand when things come up and you need to switch from long haul to yard dog for a few months. They work with you to make sure you keep bringing money home. I literally mean these people treat you like family. They joke with you and are always on your side. Driver on 03/02/2019 was acting like an idiot speeding up when a truck was trying to pass him instead of backing off to let the truck pulling triple trailers to move over. Drove next to him for 5 miles speeding up and slowing down so he couldn’t pass! Driver Courtesy must not be taught in the training...
Its a hard road to be a truck driver but the team at Moyle makes it easy. If you put the effort in tow the line and be honest with them they have your back coach you up and get you home. As a regional driver I was always given at least 2 options of runs besides the start of the week as its dispatched by seniority, i was home every weekend plus 1-3 times during the week. This used to be a great company to work for, but has gone terribly down hill. I would not recommend anyone I know to ever work for this company again. There is no respect from the office to the drivers, even though they are the ones that really make the money for the company. Then they only try to show appreciation when someone, who has worked his butt off for years, finally gets fed up and quits.
I have been with RMI for 19yr's . The pay's not bad & the benefits are good Come see us !!
