I had a filling done less than 3 years ago that has already fallen out. At the time I initially went in, I was told I would need a root canal. That did not happen. The tooth was filled and that was it. The filling fell out and the pain in the tooth is awful. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and was using this dentist through the VA’s community care program. Staff are unfriendly and failed to answer questions regarding procedures during COVID epidemic. Disappointed in overall response to COVID procedures as recommended by CDC.
RecommendedEveryone is very professional, they concentrate on their job description and gets the job done in a timely manner. Pre-deadening before injection was awesome! My pain level was only about 2. Thanks Dr Jenke for your professionalism.
We are new to Livingston and came to this dentist based on reviews. However our experience was not a pleasant one so I want to put this out for someone else that might be in our situation. Prior to going we asked them to verify that they accepted our insurance and that they were in our network. We were told that they were. Our insurance pays 100% for annual checkups and cleaning. I love this place!! They are so good with my 3 year old daughter. She loves going to the dentist for her check ups!!!
Very friendly, professional staff. Very attentive and caring for the needs of their patients. I would recommend Dr. Jenke D.D.S, and Associates to everyone with any dental needs.
Dr. Jenke is the best. Very patient with me! Also Ashley is an excellent dental hygienists!
Today was my first visit and I was very impressed by Dr Jenke and his staff. Everyone was veryefficient, friendly. Ashley Xrayed, cleaned, and measured my teeth. After my cleaning, Dr Jenke introduced himself and also examined my mouth. I'm not easily impressed, but today I definitely was.
