I have to admit that I'm one of those people that don't like the dentist office and my first visit to Dr. Jackson's office I was very tense even though everyone tried to put me at ease. Let me tell you now that I don't mind the dentist at all. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Jackson and his staff explain everything about your treatment (what they'll do),any options and listen to your concerns as well. It was excelent ,it sarted snowing I had to wait for someone to pick me up they would not leave me siting by myself.I had to say I am fine you have work to do, that is how concerned they were. Thank you Dr Jackson and staff.

Every contact I had, from initial appt.call, greeting at ck in, dental asst, Dr. Jackson and scheduling return visit done w/friendliness, professionalism and respect...not to mention NO PAIN! Fears put to rest!!!
Overall it was great. The only problem was that I found several pieces of filling that was left in my mouth later on when the feeling came back. However, it was a great visit.

Dr. J, has the best side manners... He is always positive, cares for you and he likes riding his bike.... A couple times I had to call him way after hours, and one of them was around 1:00am. He did not hesitate and met me at his office around 1:30am and did a root canal by himself, no assistant....
Dental assistant did not give me a warm feeling but that is most likely just a personality difference.
