I think customer service needs help. It wasn't the fault of the young girl who checked me out. I blame her superior who assumed my insurance would reimburse everything and who said she assumed I had already been offered the other deal. The young girl really tried to help me. Her superior needs to understand customer service.

A few shots had been given and still not totally numb. Dr. Jackson was so calm and nice to give me breaks without pressure. Rudy was great. He would say "Are you ok"? "Do you need anything"? He was persistant in making sure I was comfortable as possible, along with Dr. Jackson. I left knowing everything possible was done, and done with care. Thank you.
