Everyone is efficient and very caring. Cannot day enough good things about all the staff from check in to check out.
I have been seeing Dr Gousse for a few years now has been very nice, listens well to my needs as a good bedside manner that's important to me and compassionate

Authoritative, compassionate, and on time
As usual, the staff was kind and very considerate during my father in laws visit. Unfortunately we got the dates mixed up, but I received a call asking if my fil was ok and he had missed his appointment. Luckily we are not far from the Apopka office and she asked us to bring him in and the nurse will wait.
I did not see Dr. Gousse, but was pleased with my NP. She gave me the results of my blood work. I love the new facility and the staff.
Everyone was great from the first person at the desk that checked me to the one that drew blood and to the one that that talked to me about the results. And the one that checked me out.
Dr. Gousse was informative about my last test. Even shows me on his computer. Thorough and answers all my questions.
Easy parking and check in. Clean and comfortable lobby and clean bathroom in lobbyEmpathetic staff/RN's.
