Dr. Gousse was great, but he needs to choose his front desk staff more carefully in the Altamonte Springs location. Not only rude, but they were unwilling to provide me with a copy of my own medical records. They didn't even send results of my tests to my primary care physician.

I had to have a bone marrow biopsy and was very nervous about having it done.He made me feel very comfortable during the process and explained to me what he was doing at all times to make sure I was comfortable. His assistant was also great. I highly recommend him if this happens to be the type of procedure that you might need.
Staff was fast friendly and very polite I couldn’t have asked for better care.
2.5 hours listening to other people complaining and waiting for a shot. When complaining I'm told to bad so sad.

My visit was good and they took care of me in a very courteous way.
Visit went very smoothly. I only waited about 5 minutes after check in.
I love coming there. The people are so friendly. It is the only doctor I go to that really respects me and my time as evidenced by not keeping me waiting and sees me within minutes of my appointment.
