I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Joseph and his entire team! From the very beginning of my pregnancy, they have been absolutely incredible. Everyone is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I have always felt heard, supported, and completely cared for at every appointment. I feel so grateful to have Dr. Joseph caring for me during this pregnancy and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an OB. Truly an exceptional doctor and team!
I've been seeing him for over 25 years and he is the best! He is very caring and knowledgeable. I drive 5+ hours to keep him as my doctor.
The office employee named Erin was absolutely horrid over the phone and should not be working with patients. She snapped at me when I said 'but I am in a lot of pain,' and then had a sharp mean tone saying 'do not interrupt I am talking.' This office needs to monitor her calls and patients, please record the calls of this office, she is bad. Dr. Joseph is wonderful though, I would go back to see him but because of Erin I will not.
Dr. JOSEPH and his staff are amazing. I’ve always received great high quality care from him. TAMMIE the receptionist is on top of the administrative side, Erin is awesome with the nursing side. They are very responsive with communication and patients needs. My life changed for the better once l started receiving hormone pellet treatment from Dr. JOSEPH. Dr. Joseph and his staff have been so amazing through my entire pregnancy and postpartum care! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found such an incredible doctor. Anytime I had a concern or question Erin was so quick to get back to me. It was a rare occurrence that I had to leave a voicemail and typically got immediately through to Erin when calling.
