Made an appointment for an estimate on replacing my roof. After I got the estimate I scheduled to have my roof replaced. Soon after I was called with a date for replacing my roof. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. The people from the office, the scheduler, and the workers were great. My roof was completed on time, and a great clean-up was done. Ralph Carpenter the owner comes out to do the estimate and explains in detail any problems he sees and every aspect of the estimate. His crews are all from the local area and are very respectful and curtious. Most important, with 23 years in business, Ralph prides himself with taking the effort and time for the roofing job done to the highest quality and the customer totally satisfied.
