The doctor is fabulous. My feeling is that the people up front, the ones who answer the phone will make or break the practice. The last several times the office staff, Jackie imparticular have been condesending and rude. Prior to this it was the office manager. I won't be returning to this office due to the staff not the doctor. After working in the healthcare field for 25 years and as an office secretary for 10 of those years I know you just need to be kind if nothing else.
