RecommendedRalph , Rasa and their amazing team assisted us with selling our cabin this year and we could not have been more happy. They really know what they are doing and were so patient with my many questions and concerns. We live out of state so they did everything they possibly could to make things easy on us. Ralph and Rasa Baldino are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have helped me find two investment properties in Sevierville. I always felt that they had my best interest. I am an out of state owner therefore, I could not always be present for certain things. Rasa would video pictures of the properties to me and explain pros and cons for each property. They went out of there way to make sure the buying and closing process was easy.

Rasa was great, I was the buyer but never felt that way. She was always on top of the sell. Definitely would use her and her agency again. Was always on time, was willing to take as much time as needed to make it an easy purchase. Rasa helped make my son’s first home a reality. No more Renting!!!!
They were both very helpful and patient. They helped us to sell our home and also to find a new one. Even though we had difficult criteria to meet in our new home, they hung in there. Ralph, being a builder also, would point out problem areas in homes we looked at, even if it cost him the sale.
