The only fast food restaurant that doesn’t give refills. Not even with an extra charge. They advertise milkshakes but apparently wasn’t working. Burgers are small for the price. Overall not worth the price and why is there no refill offered at least with a small charge!? Especially with how much a small drink is!!! What a joke! First and last time ever trying this place. Oh and apparently they have chili burgers where my partner is from not out here in Cali lol guess.
The food I received was completely unacceptable. My order fell onto the floor because it was packed carelessly, and instead of discarding it, the employee took it back to the prep area. I am convinced the same food was handed back to me, as the fries were cold and clearly not freshly prepared. After eating the meal, we became sick and experienced food poisoning. This is a serious health and safety concern that needs immediate attention.
