Food was terrible. The restaurant is poorly designed (since they just took over an old KFC) The only saving grace is that the employee working checkout was great. The food was terrible. The burger was cold undercooked greasy. The fries overcooked to the point of burnt. EDIT: I tried using the contact form as the owner suggested and it won't even let me select the store, like Brookhaven Rally's doesn't exist (it shouldn't). Now I'm even more disappointed. Rally's used to be something nice. But not this location. Not at all.
They always use the excuse my card doesn't work, when I've used it there multiple times before with no issue. The cashier's have horrible attitudes and would much rather be on their phones as well. The food usually is warm but fries are always soggy. Used to love it but slowly, It's gone to crap.
This place has more drama than Grey's Anatomy. My order hasn't been right one time that I've been there and the food is mediocre.
Just wanted a quick snack for lunch!
