I placed my order online from the car. My family and I were traveling back home to NY and wanted to try this restaurant. After placing the order, we arrived about the time the email said it would be ready. I walked up to the window. An employee approached, opened the window and said nothing. I told him my name and that I was there for an order pickup. Again saying nothing, he shut the window. I came by a few hours ago and ordered two classic doubles, a big buford, and an order of chicken tenders with a medium fry. Instead of two classic doubles, I received two fry lover burgers. Instead of a big buford, I received what appeared to be a classic single. All three burgers had lettuce only, no other toppings or condiments. The young black guy is always rude the wait time is 20-30 mins everytime he work . He told me the order was not ready then had me park never came out with the food had to come back around to the drive thru lane is very busy . Car in line for 20 mins after i already went thru the line now waiting second time to pick up order.which is crazy put me in another car out the line then let vehicle after us stay in line waiting for there order. Should not take 20-30 mins for a order and have to keep going back into the line . Need to... read more

My sister and I went here this afternoon. When we pulled up to the drivethru window I spoke to him but the young man didn't respond at all. He was just rude during the entire interaction. The fries were old and sandwiches we had were nasty. The customer service and food was terrible. We won't be back!
