You can definitely tell why people work at rally’s you shouldn’t work anywhere if your not gonna work, you shouldn’t have front doors or have the option to pick up if there gonna have the doors locked, we live in a area where a lot of people walk it turns away business and causes unnecessary problems ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time Just to get there and wait another 20 while people are getting there stuff. Food was horrible waited for 30 mins on food didnt get half my order, customer service was rude
The location is rarely open. When it is open the service is slow and the employees are rude. Sabrina, the manager the night I went in last was super rude and she seemed more concerned with being intimate with her worker over taking care of customers. Depending on the time of day you can pull up to the workers sitting in vehicles smoking weed. The guy Devonte kept laughing about our order being incorrect like it was funny that I paid for food my family won't eat. I used to absolutely LOVE rallys and this location was awesome ... read more
