I will never eat at this Rallys again . I tried to order the 4 for 3 and asked what my choice of sandwiches were since they were not listed on the drive thru menu. The girl taking my order told me that the choices were on the board in front of me. When I told her that I didn't see any board , she started yelling at me asked asked was I "fucking blind" (her words not mine). I backed out and started to leave and she was still yelling out the drive thru as I passed her. I shot her the bird and left.
Service is very slow, especially on the window side. They always messed up on the food. They have no customer service whatsoever!
Very disappointed. After the lady described to me what was on the fry lovers burgers she made them sound pretty good. I get all the way home and all that was on there was mayo? Wheres the mustard, ketchup, and pickles that supposed to be on it? Think you replaced it with the xxx mayo you put on it, that's all I tasted. Hope next time they're made correctly
I would give it less than one star but you have to click one star to tell you what a piece of shit this place is. The owners would be shocked if they went through that drive through. They are rude and most definitely racist! I travel around the country for my work and this one is amongst the top three worst fast food places I've been to. I ordered a $2 chicken box get home , take a bite out of my chicken bites and the chicken was completley raw , ive tryed calling and they are not answering , im beyond disgusted , this rallys need be shut down.
