bugs in my food nasy gross
Very rude employees and the manager is rude also. Nasty food and horrible service. please close this location
lines are typically very slow in evenings. even for walk-up ive spent nearly a half hour waiting. then tonight they didn't give me all my order and no one answer pho e when I called. multiple times.

no cheese on my burger with cheese. was also no pickle. very rude service from start to finish, including when I called to ask about getting my order fixed. EDITED TO ADD!!!! I got a call back from the GM after my first complaint. was told to "f*** off", and when I asked to get a number for someone above him, I was hung up on. I will be, and already have been, telling people about my awful experience and total LACK of customer care or service. Terrible. Went two weeks ago and only taking cash orders, then yesterday sat 30 min in the passenger line. There were two cars total when we arrived. Gave us our food then asked for it back. Waited another 10 min in a parking spot then just got the wrong order. Oh and the guy that brought it to us, stared at his phone the whole way to our car, literally taking his sweet time, this same guy stood on the side of the building the whole time we were in line, he was next to my car for almost 30 min taking a break, all I could thi... read more
This location needs updated. I pulled up to the intercom to find a note. Please pull to the window to order. I would have closed the this lane because it caused such a back up. I waited 10 to get to the window, with only one car in front of me, 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Then another 20 minutes to get my food. Never got my receipt like I asked, because they new I would complain. Oh and my "garlic parm fries & Stix" were disgusting
Never had somewhere refuse to add something like mayo to a burger before, and then try to force me to pay an extra dollar for a burger instead of just adding mayo to said sandwich. They are always rude and slow but since the food is always fresh (lets face it, it is taylor Blvd.) so I ignored those two facts. I have ordered my food the way I tried to today every time I have ever been to rally’s and today they tell me no, I’m going to McDonald’s at least they are polite. I can say with certainty I won’t be back to rally’s.
Idk why I continue to come here....the line alllllllways takes foooorever!!! At least 15-20 every. single. time!!! �
