As first time homebuyers, this was a really stressful process. Vance always answered our many questions and dealt with us being a little neurotic about the whole process. It seemed like it took forever but in reality it was only 20 days to close. And both our escrow company and our real estate agent commented on how fast we closed as first time homeowners.
