This company doesn't even know how to count the number of rooms in a house. The majority of comps used were much smaller homes (eek!). The appraiser also told me 600' of asphalt driveway has no value (what?). When I called to discuss the appraisal, I was told they couldn't discuss the appraisal because the bank was the customer even though we paid for it. If you're looking for a really low appraisal, this company is for you!
