The pharmacist with the employee number 7008 on the top of the receipt is impatient and has a BAD attitude. 0 out of 10 stars if I could.
This pharmacy has been very good with my mom’s medication. The staff is excellent and very accommodating.
Can't speak for the store. But I will never return to their establishment because the absolute horrible customer service received by the main guy who answers the phone. Told me 3 different days when medication would be ready and when I called to verify, he tells me he never talked to me and his whole attitude changed for the worst and when I pointed it out. He doubled down on how he was right.
The Hispanic man working there is violently rude to so many people. I say this as a disappointed Hispanic.
I really like Raley's pharmacy in Lodi. Like many pharmacies, you need to stay on top of RX prices but the staff is not rude and the pharmacist is ALWAYS very helpful & friendly. This pharmacy lets me use coupons, pay cash or even use the in-house prices to help me get the best price for my meds.
