Front desk staff was super friendly on the phone and saw my son right away for an eye emergency.
They will not answer the phone! If you want to make an appointment, good luck trying to call.
I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time that the office gave me and drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived, I was told that time wouldn’t work and was made to feel like it was my fault. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I rearranged my schedule and traveled a long distance based on their confirmation. Better communication and accountability are definitely needed
Waited almost an hour for our appointment now another half hour and the appointment still not done- they are way overbooked for one doctor. There had to have been about six other people waiting at the same time
