I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time that the office gave me and drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived, I was told that time wouldn’t work and was made to feel like it was my fault. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I rearranged my schedule and traveled a long distance based on their confirmation. Better communication and accountability are definitely needed
Waited almost an hour for our appointment now another half hour and the appointment still not done- they are way overbooked for one doctor. There had to have been about six other people waiting at the same time
Weirdest interaction i have ever had. Most unprofessional front desk that talked gossip about the doctor in front of me. Gave me a prescription that is so off than my normal prescription. Nobody around has them, so now I have to order them online. I've worn contacts my entire life....this is the hardest time I've ever had getting them. Trying to get them to change my prescription so I can get a different brand is impossible they have hung up on me and ignored my calls. DONT GO HERE.
