DO NOT RENT HERE... Overpriced, you get free water if you like showering under dropplets of water... really, dropplets. Have called the manager numerous times and they never seem to be able to correct the issue. They really don't care how long you've lived here on anything, they will make stupid rules and you must follow. The Water Truth – Yes, you will save money living at Raleigh Scholls Apartments where the cost of water, sewer, garbage AND electric utilities are included in your rental fee. The management is friendly and responsive. The water, however, seems to be on some kind of dormatory-style rationing system. If you do not get your shower prior to 6:00 AM or later than 10:00 PM you are NOT going to enjoy hot or even warm water.
