Always fantastic service. In this case, Janine spent the extra time to explain in great detail my situation in understandable terms, so that I can make informed decisions and determine a plan moving forward. I left feeling much better than when I entered. Janine has never steered me wrong and that builds confidence that when I get service from her I know I am in good hands.
When searching for a new healthcare/dental provider, I always pray in advance that I will receive good care. My recent visit to Royal Oak Dental Group was a very good experience. Dr. Jake Smith and his assistant, Carmen, are true professionals ~ explaining as they went along. I highly recommend them.
