I have been going to this facility for about 2 years now and I have never laid eyes on Dr Holen, (I fell and broke my leg in July and they refused to see me until all the workers comp paperwork was turned in, and you know how long that takes, well 3 months later I finally get an appointment to be told the break in the ankle and knee has healed) I always end up seeing his PA, first it was Megan and I really liked her, she gave me my injections, then came Mathew Hillard I also like him very much, but I am very disappointed tha... read more
I had reverse shoulder replacement. The surgery went very well. Dr. Holon was very personable and informative. Since the surgery I have seen Matt Hillard and he takes the time to sit down and listen to me and is genuinely concerned about my fears and my pains and he is extremely thorough. Dr. Holen is very patient friendly and willing to discuss any options. He performed a full knee replacement on me. And my knee pain is almost down to zero! Highly recommended!
The receptionist, Lisa, is sweet and amazing. Dr. Holen has great bedside manner and my ankle healed up nicely, I can walk again. However, after 9 months and 3 surgeries, with an infection, an open wound and still healing. I saw the PA, Matt and he was very slow (with 1 in front of me), was there for over an hour and basically didn't care about anyone but himself. Then a nurse that used to be nice acted like I was stupid..... Needless to say, I will not be going back after my last experience...
Have had multiple injections from Megan with no issues. Very good PA. As for the wait it is a little long but I would expect that in a high complexity clinic as I’m sure they are looking at multiple scans and waiting on X-rays etc.
