Great people and excellent service. Very quick turn around for shower door and mirrors
Trying to find magnetic strip for an old shower door. Had taken sample of old strip. They were able to identify and cut to length. Excellent customer service. Thank you for coming to my rescue.
Raleigh Glass in Arlington installed our shower glass door 3 years ago. Today, I went to their store for a replacement door sweep. In just a few minutes, I had a new one in hand & they said, "no charge"! Not only that, the gentleman cut it for me during his lunch hour. I was very pleased with their work 3 years ago & even more impressed with them, today! Thank you, Raleigh Glass for having fantastic customer service.
Ordered glass which took three weeks to get. When the installer put it in the frame he put it in crooked and when I complained about it he blamed it on his vendors, but was going to charge full price anyway. After more complaining they gave me $25 off which wasn't very little of the $170 total for a 12 x 24 piece of glass. I won't be back and I suggest you don't go there either.
