Aaron and Sophie are lovely . They’re always prompt and kind when I ever needed anything. The apartments are super cute on the inside and the outside is always clean and kept. I loved also being in nature and close to downtown. It is surrounded by trees and a creek so you just have to be aware of keeping good ventilation otherwise is can get a little humid/wet in the apartment. It’s definitely a great community as well. All my neighbors are great, quiet and helpful. This is a great place to live for sure.
Was emailed and told to call to set up an appointment. Called twice and never called back. Went to the office and no one in sight. All of these events happened during posted business hours
The management folks are very prompt to address issues in a very respectful way and are professional and friendly as well. For older buildings, the grounds are keep clean and tidy although some pavement issues may need some attention in the future, it is a beautiful place to live along side a peaceful creek that runs throughout the property with large trees and serene garden spaces.
