2nd attempt to get help from RDU staff with handicap mother.....they again did nothing they promised. Even after several telephone conversations RDU failed to make it happen while Dallas Love Field rocked..... I've left another message... We shall see if I get a return call not that it did any good from the lack of service with flight departing..... one would think return should have gone much better�
