Terminal 1 renovations look great....but baggage claim is still terribly slow

First day the new terminal is open and the line at security is extremely long!!!! The old setup was better. I've never had to wait this long. Better head out early for your flight. Hope they work the kinks out!
Just finished a private, behind the scenes tour of Terminal One. I cannot say enough good things, great things, about what we saw, ate and experienced. My wife and I were thrilled to have been chosen as winners of RDU's blog contest, and we were humbled as well. Terminal One will be a great place for travelers to relax and feel comfortable on their way out of town, or on their way back home. Thanks again RDU! You guys rock, and you know that!
