Using the southwest app on the phone was a piece of cake!! Checking in on my phone and getting my boarding pass there took less than 5 minutes. Showed the boarding pass and picture ID at security from my phone and then at boarding and bam we were off!!
Hey RDU - you have a meditation room but no mother's room for pumping breastmilk. I was offered the family restroom... which is unacceptable. The seat is directly next to the changing table... gross. Please look into purchasing a Mamava pod to support breastfeeding mothers who have to travel.
