Raleigh CrossFit is a "strength and endurance-based" approach to fitness training that people from all ages and fitness levels can participate in. CrossFit, known as "The Sport of Fitness" is a constantly changing training program that combines Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, endurance (running, swimming, biking and rowing) and many other dynamic and fun movements, including kettlebells and plyometrics.

I'm visiting from out of town so I checked out a few crossfits in the area. This was by far the largest. It was huge! The facilities are clean, there's a shower and plenty of equipment to go around. They also have Olympic lifting classes so if you're trying to get your Oly on, here's your spot. Tons of jerk blocks. They have classes every day of the week so there is no reason to miss out on Sunday. Drop in fee of $15 or buy a tee for $25.
