Raleigh CrossFit saved my life. Had I not been in the best shape of my life because of the strategic programming, I would not have fared nearly as well in my fight against cancer. I also would not have realized as soon as I did that I had a tumor in my chest if it weren't for doing chest to bar pull ups. RCF has been integral to my recovery from lymphoma. Ain't no stopping me now! Thank you to all the awesome coaches and members who have supported me.

I've always been intimidated by crossfit honestly. But every single person here, fellow crossfitters, coaches, they are all so encouraging and helpful and just plain nice. I am very thankful to have found them.
