Raleigh CrossFit is a "strength and endurance-based" approach to fitness training that people from all ages and fitness levels can participate in. CrossFit, known as "The Sport of Fitness" is a constantly changing training program that combines Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, endurance (running, swimming, biking and rowing) and many other dynamic and fun movements, including kettlebells and plyometrics.

Raleigh CrossFit saved my life. Had I not been in the best shape of my life because of the strategic programming, I would not have fared nearly as well in my fight against cancer. I also would not have realized as soon as I did that I had a tumor in my chest if it weren't for doing chest to bar pull ups. RCF has been integral to my recovery from lymphoma. Ain't no stopping me now! Thank you to all the awesome coaches and members who have supported me.
