un professional.... I am a resident of hud approved apartments here in the raleigh county area...and i understand that dealing with the public is hard but,{ yes I have something to say..}The maintaince people over our apartments live in rainelle...40 45 mins away this is ridiculus!!! I made a call today to the maintence man...and he answered the phone--- "yeah" what kind of answer is that? What kind of professional is this? A wonderful organization I have been dealing with the housing authority for over a year now and the whole experience has been a wonderful one. Our worker is Liz Fitzwater and she is a very informative, non judgemental, hard working case worker. She always takes the time for her clients and she has a lot of them. She also helped us find a nice home with wonderful landlords. I can't describe how indebted I am to the housing authority.
They work hard. I guess no one really knows how much work it takes to run such an org. Takes time and effort and patience to deal with those who are angry about their housing issues or not getting into their HUD approved place soon enough. I think that more people should be considerate of those who work here. They are only trying to do their job.
