Your front office staff is very unprofessional and the reason i have decided to move my kids. It is a shame bc i grew up going here and was excited for my kids to go. I have called multiple times as well as my new pediatrician requesting medical records and i cannot get anyone to call me back. My child needs labs and you are holding up the process. This just confirms I made the right decision to leave.
RecommendedWe have had good care here for years. Given the current pandemic and healthcare overload, I felt panicked when my child had signs of an infection at 4 pm on a Friday. Staff helped us right away via telehealth and he was on an antibiotic at 5:30 pm. Grateful for your team!
Love Dr Owrey! She is amazing! She takes the time to listen to us and talks to our boys. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

We love this office! I have brought four kids infant to preteen and always have a great experience! The wait times are always short but I never feel rushed!
We couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Staff is always prompt and courteous. The nurses are excellent with little ones. We primarily see Dr. Fletcher and my toddler loves her so much that he will randomly ask if we ‘can go see Dr. Fletcher today?’ I would highly recommend this practice.
We typically see Dr. Owrey, but have seen others for last minute appointments and weekend hours. All of the doctors and staff have been great! Super friendly. Usually run right on time with appointments. Easy to deal with. I feel like the doctors are all very warm, welcoming, and tender towards our son.
We love Raleigh Children! Our family of five has been with RCAM since 1999 when our first child was born. The staff is always willing to help and give such a personal touch. My children love seeing all of the doctors at the Raleigh and Brier Creek Office. Thank you to the office staff, nurses and doctors for all you do for us!
RCAM is made up of wonderful, caring doctors and staff. The office is efficient, responsive, and timely. In today's day of "Minute Clinic" I am so glad that RCAM is my kids' medical "home." When I had little babies, RCAM always knew how to help me with whatever was ailing them. Now that I have teens, RCAM is always willing to help me with countless school forms, sports forms, and camp forms. They are true professionals, and true friends!
