For cerevisaphiles (ardent beer lovers), Raleigh Beer Garden is heaven. Touted to be the largest draft beer selection in an establishment in the planet, it boasts 366 taps of craft brew. The brainchild of Niall Hanley, a local restaurateur, it spans across three floors with patios and a rooftop. Built with the wood of pecan trees that stood on the site of the bar, it has a lovely rustic look to it. To get a taste of North Carolina beers, head to the first floor bar which features 144 taps. There is also a cocktail corner cal... read more

Killer beer selection--that's RIIIGHT!!!
Had a great time cant wait to go again! The drinks were great and atmosphere was layed back.
The Beer Garden was the one scenic stop we made along our road trip to FL. We are very glad we stopped here! The selection of beers is jaw dropping, atmosphere is unlike anything we've experienced. We sat on the rooftop having a few beers and it just felt amazing to be up there. We are from Boston so these kinds of attractions are hard to find. The staff were very friendly and beer was delicious! Before we left, we asked for water and the water pump wasn't working correctly and our water ended up being full of carbonation an... read more
Loved this place and the beer. Only negative was food was slow to come and wasn't as hot as you would want.
don't like the fact that you boast 366 beers available on tap but don't share that only certain beers are available at the three different bars. if i'm at the top floor bar and that beer is only available at the 1st or 2nd floor bar i have to go to that particular bar ... bar staff wouldn't go get the beer i wanted. on top of that if i open a tab at one bar, can only order beer on that tab from that bar. you'll need an individual tab at each bar. sucks. the dry rub wing were fantastic as was my burger.
Service was lousy. Sliders were overlooked and not as described. Friends bratwurst also overlooked. I reordered wings and after 30 minutes they still had not arrived. I said never mind and we left.
This was my 1st time to Raleigh. I sure hopes it not my last! What a beautiful city. With equally beautiful nice people. I felt at home. Cheers Raleigh!!
Business response:
Gregg - We sure hope it is not your last visit either. We think some of the world's friendliest people call Raleigh home, and we are happy you got to meet a few. Nothing better then spending times with friends and making new ones over a few pints.
They need to review their customer service policy, if they even have one. Asked for a table for 3 on a Saturday afternoon, they said 10 minutes and would text me. 25 minutes later had to find them and ask about our table, oh well tried to text but it didn't go through. Then escorted upstairs to our table where we waited 20 more minutes for service, nobody came buy, asked us anything or made an attempt to take our order, so we left. Overpriced beer, that you have to fight your way to the bar, food looked less than desirable, ... read more
Business response:
Kenneth - I personally apologize for the lack of customer service you received-- and I know it is no consolidation for the prior experience, but if you every receive that type of performance in the future please don't leave until you talk with a manager--your feedback is the only way we can get better
Under no circumstances would I recommend filling up a growler here. Bartender filled it up, brought it back to me, and asked how I would be paying. Handed her my card and she brings back a $40 bill for a single growler fill. Did not mention anything prior to filling that I would be paying $9/pint. Beer Garden does not list a price online for this beer however I assumed that since it cost $5/pint less than 10 miles down the road where it's brewed, I would pay something close to that, not almost DOUBLE. Regardless of the price... read more
Business response:
Adam -- as a friendly reminder we do 1/2 price Growler fills every Wednesday on 10 different brews, and they rotate every week.
