I visited from out of state, a city in Michigan that is considered "Beer city" USA, and I was blown away by the Raleigh Beer Garden and amazing customer service I received while there! I was with my bestie and almost 1 year old and the bartender, Giacomo really went above and beyond so this mama could have a drink and dinner! I'll never forget this experience!
Love the Beer Garden and love going up to International to see my favorite bartender, Giacomo! Always a great time!!
Went there to see what it was all about. I was AMAZED at the vast selection of beers. The atmosphere is great; they even have a huge tree growing up through the bar area. Giacomo helped me choose a beer based on my taste and preference. He was really friendly and helpful, and knew a lot about the variety of beers on tap. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my selection(s). We've been to Germany and this place is better than any beer garden in Germany!
Great atmosphere and great beer. Plus the best bartender Giacomo also takes such good care of us whenever we go there. My number one spot to go to during these hot summer nights.

We always enjoy ourselves at the Beer garden. Good food, good beer, and love when Giacomo is bartending. Great place to go when downtown!
You only get 2 stars because of the beer selection, everything else here is horrible, especially the service, bartender was rude and couldn't have acted more miserable to be at work! Seriously need to work on customer service because it is horrible here.
I've been here a few times. Love it and will keep coming back. Great atmosphere. Nice place for a date. Awesome location. Great staff! I always try to go where Giacomo is serving. He knows all the best beers to try and I am always happy with what he suggests. He's a lot of fun. I love the back deck and there is plenty of seating to relax.
What an incredible establishment. Great atmosphere and great location. Giacomo was a delight. Not only was his service immediate and extremely friendly, but his knowledge of the beer menu was vast. I'm a picky IPA drinker and his recommendation for the Elysian Space Dust was spot on. I had two! Next time I'm in Raleigh, I know I'll be back to enjoy another one of those bad boys and I hope Giacomo is there to pour it for me.
