One of my favorite places to go in Raleigh, love the atmosphere and the beer selection is great. Our bartender, Jordan Case, was very knowledgable about the different beers Beer Garden has available. He offered suggestions based on our taste preferences and was very helpful in making the right decision, which can be quite daunting considering the overwhelming number of options.
I had a great time and great drinks. Your bartender Giacomo was quick and very informative. I will definitely be coming back!
Went last week with the wife - I am a beer fan she only drinks cider. Bartender Giacomo took great care of us and suggested an imperial stout for me and a pear cider for her, we were happy campers! Great environment as well
Though I've only had about a dozen of their many beers on tap.. So far so good! I've liked most if not all of the recommendations that the bartenders have suggested for me-especially the Texas Rig by Southern Pines. Appetizers were good, especially the beer cheese and the service was even better. Molly our bartender was great, and had our order out to us pretty quickly. Great spot to hangout pretty much any day of the week.
First time here and we'll definitely be back! We sat at the bar and had a great night! My husband was impressed with the beer selection. Giacomo was lots of fun and was very knowledgeable with the beers as well as the food menu. I wish every restaurant had bartenders like him!
So, we usually have a great time here. The bearded bartender upstairs obviously despises people in general, and made that known with his snarky attitude and repeated impatience with those ordering. On a packed night, fine, but it was slow, and really that's no excuse.
